MAXIMUM COVERAGE & PERFORMANCE

This high-build basement sealer applies like waterproof paint. Interior basement surfaces: covers 50 sq ft/gallon (requires: 2-3 coats). Exterior concrete sealer on outdoor surfaces: covers 20 sq ft/gallon (requires: 3-4 coats). Apply between 50°F-90°F for best results. For complete protection, use the rubber sealant with Liquid Rubber Geo-Textile on joints and transitions.

IMPORTANT USAGE GUIDELINES

Our water-based foundation sealer formula contains zero VOCs, making it safe for indoor application. No mixing is required. Apply by brush, roller, or professional sprayer as part of your basement waterproofing system. Not suitable for walking surfaces due to tackiness when cured.

FOR A WATERTIGHT SYSTEM

To achieve a watertight system, use rubber sealant with Liquid Rubber Geo-Textile on joints and transitions. Fill small cracks with Liquid Rubber Sealant & Adhesive. Bridge joints, seams, vents, and protrusions where movement may occur.
